Primary reasons why Omega Gold™ is the Most effective
Omega-3 swine supplement for getting maximum Omega-3 into pork meat:
- Omega Gold™ is formulated using the latest antioxidant technology to
naturally maintain the integrity and stability of the high Omega fatty acid
content in Omega Gold™; therefore
inhibiting the possibility of "flavor-intense" pork. Omega Gold™ is formulated
specifically to appeal to the pig's taste and flavor preference; therefore,
the pig will consume the supplement. (Note: many pigs do not find straight feed-grade flax palatable.)
- Omega Gold™ is formulated using our special, palatable ENRECO™
Stabilized Flax Seeds, which contain a higher percentage of Omega-3 fatty acids than other flax seeds.
- Omega Gold™ contains 80% of Omega-3 (of the total Polyunsaturated
Fatty Acids which are 23% of the total fat of 40%)
The following four studies done on flax* and swine at
the South Dakota State University, Brookings, South Dakota show that when
pigs are fed a diet containing flax, there is a significant increase in the
amount of Omega-3 fatty acid found in the pork.
*(Note: These South Dakota studies did not use our ENRECO™ premium flax for
their studies, but regular off-the-market feed flax. Omega Gold™
has been rigorously tested and shown to be best for palatability, stability and highest Omega-3 content. Please see primary reasons listed
above.)
