ENRECO™ (Essential Nutrient Research Corporation) is the pioneer of the stabilized flax industry. When ENRECO™ got into the flax business in 1986, we did a lot of testing on different varieties of flax. We have searched for the most stable, palatable, Non-GMO, premium variety of flax with a unique fatty acid profile. Within the polyunsaturated fat content -- our premium seed has 80% Omega-3. ENRECO™ has developed a proprietary stabilization process that protects the integrity of that high percentage of wonderful essential fatty acids.

Our business philosophy has always been to provide stabilized, human-grade, non-GMO, 99.9% pure, premium flax and flax/blend products and we're proud to say we've never compromised. Anyone can get cleaned, regular flax off the open market quite easily. Our mission is clear, only the best will do.

Although our premium flax is not the highest yielding variety in the field (so it costs a bit more), it is definitely a high-yield variety in Omega-3 (and we think that's more important!). As the saying goes, "Quality and cheap don't go hand-in-hand."
